Must be proficient with Fieldedge Service Software.
You will be responsible for answering the phone & scheduling service calls for technicians in the field.
Ordering parts & materials from local vendors & coordinating & scheduling repairs with our customers.
This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company.
You will provide administrative support, assist and direct visitors, and answer and respond to calls and emails.
Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, and a friendly demeanor.
Skills & Requirements:

High School Diploma ( Associate/Bachelors Degree Preferred).

years' experience working with Fieldedge Service Software (MUST).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills are a must.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
Customer-service oriented.
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule:
Full time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, Some Saturdays 9:
00 am - 4:
00 pm and evenings when needed.
